I spent my entire childhood surrounded by and involved in production. Early on my parents had a touring theater company producing educational plays for children and school districts up and down the west coast. Later, I got my feet wet in our family's studio that produced local TV shows, trained actors, operated a casting agency and managed several performers from actors, singers and dancers to musicians and other talents. When I wasn't on camera, or in an acting or music class, I was helping to build sets or learning to operate the cameras and lights. Inquisitive by nature, I started learning production accounting by the age of 12. My persistent curiosity for how things work behind the scenes, had me continually questioning and observing the finer art of development, producing and the business side of the industry. Away from the studio, I was persuading the neighborhood kids to perform in my backyard plays and talent shows and dreaming of the day when my acting was perfected enough to convince Dad I really was too sick to go to school.

Eventually I grew up. Not much has changed though. Well, maybe a few things.

I now have more than two decades of professional experience, having managed and/or produced for advertising agencies, production companies, post production houses and clients direct. I have been involved in every stage of a project's existence at some point and time; from creative development to final delivery and everything in between.

Primarily hailing from the commercial side of the industry (marketing and advertising), my experience has involved me in numerous national and regional commercials, music videos and longer format pieces as well as special events and various other multi-media and marketing projects; including print and web. In 2001, I made the jump into feature films and have worked on several indie features and shorts as well as having consulted on many projects. I'm fluent in film, HD and other digital high resolution formats.

My client list over the years has included ABC Family, Spike TV, Ford, SunCal Properties, Summerlin, Hilton Resorts, Harrah's, Akklaim Max Sports, Jakks Pacific, State of California, State of Nevada, J. Walter Thompson, Goddard-Claussen, along with a variety of Independent Film companies, banks and other financial institutions, various city/county convention and visitor authorities, multiple land and home developers, major corporations and retail chains, hotels and casinos and many, many more.

I believe there is a critical balance that needs to occur on any project to be considered successful—a fine line between catering to the creative concept (quality), maintaining the bottom line (value), meeting all project objectives and having my words align with my actions (integrity), and serving my clients and production teams; keeping them happy, motivated and equipped with the tools required to create the project vision (service & teamwork). I pride myself in upholding this delicate balance and in being a results-oriented, hands-on individual with an authoritative, yet collaborative, leadership style, strongly emphasizing effective communication, inspiring and empowering teams and streamlining workflows for maximum efficiency.

In addition to film production, I have also consulted across many industries in the areas of work flow structures and best practices, marketing, logistics and team building.

I'm tenacious, direct and focused while maintaining a light-hearted demeanor and passion for producing powerful images and the messages they deliver. In reviewing this site and my resume, you'll note the highlights of my skills and experience. What it cannot illustrate, however, is the degree of dedication, resourcefulness, and professionalism that I can offer your project. Contact me today to discuss your project plans.
